How to Make a Pomegranate Martini

Maura Delaney: Hi! I am Maura Delaney with Morton's, The Steakhouse. Today, I am teaching you how to make specialty cocktails. Right now, I am going to show you how to make a Heavenly Pomegranate Martini.

The tools and ingredients that you will need is a cocktail shaker, a martini glass, a jigger, absolute vodka, Monin Pomegranate syrup or you can use any pomegranate syrup, Funkin Passion Fruit Puree which can be purchased online and a CO2 canister with our Heavenly Foam which we had shown you in a previous clip. So let's get started. You will need a cocktail shaker full of ice, 3 ounces of vodka, half an ounce of pomegranate syrup, 1 ounce of the Funkin Passion Fruit Puree. Mix all the ingredients in the shaker. You want to shake it. Remember, shake it, don't break it. Pour straight into the glass and then with the canister face-up, you want to pour 2 ounces of the Heavenly Foam and garnish with a mint leaf. Here you have your Heavenly pomegranate Martini.
