Steve Chapman: Hi! I am Steve Chapman with Elite Pressure Cleaning and washmydeck.

com. Today, we are taking about how to pressure wash the exterior of your home. In this segment, we are talking about the second phase of pressure washing which is scrubbing the exterior of your home. After you have completed the first phase and rinsed your home and allowed about 5-10 minutes for the solution to set in, then you do the walk through, again, to see if there is any residual, green, molds or mildew. This is when you get your extension brush out, it goes up to your three floors, and scrubber on your gutters, your soffits, your trim, around your windows as well as any parts on your siding that still have a green or mold.

It's known that mold and mildew cause respiratory problems on the inside of your home. So you want to make sure you do a very thorough job and scrub all the mold off and rinse all the mold off your siding to ensure none of the molds on the outside gets in on the inside.

Now after you have walked through on your house and scrubbed it to make sure that you have got everything off the gutters, around the windows, the trims, the soffits and the siding, you walk back around and that's where we begin our third phase which is rinsing the house.
