My Back Pain DISAPPEARED by WISEOWL19 at 07/04/10 12:29PM Flag
It started in my leg...the inner thy. I could not walk without so much pain. Finally, I could not stand the pain..I went to the Doctor who gave me pain pills each equivalent to 8 Ibuprofen. I had a slipped disk... He told me to lay still for a week. If you know me, that was a task. I did so but did not take the pain medication as my husband was afraid that I may would become addicted to the stuff. After a week...back to the doctor....No progress. Why??? You must 1. Lay still for a week...
