Dr. E'rika Brock: Hello! My name is Dr. E'rika Brock and today we will be talking to you about to how to get rid of back pain. In this section, we will be talking about the different types of back pain.
Most important is determining the cause of the back pain that you are having. Well, most back pain is due to simple wear and tear. Others types of back pain can be more serious. This is why it is crucial to tell your doctor on the first visit any relevant information and family history that may put you at risk. Some other factors may be your age and lifestyle that also become risk factors for you. Some of the more serious types of back pain may be caused from Aortic Aneurysm, Osteoporosis and Cancer. Now although in todays video we will be talking how to relieve back pain due to regular wear and tear, we still advise you to come in for a proper evaluation in order to determine the underlining cause of your pain. Our next section where we actually talk to you about posture.
