Transcripts

John Given: Hi! I am Astonishing John; I am a professional magician out of San Diego, California. I have been performing magic for over 20 years, and I have performed all over the world and for a lot of casinos, on television, I have merried people and suspecting audiences. I have done it all. I have done this gorilla type of magic where I just come right in and people have no idea what's going to happen. And we are going to do a lot of magic today. I have done it all.

And the things we are going to use are common everyday items. We are going to be using things like forks and knives and napkins, strings, straws, little coffee stirs and other items that are very easy to get, even money, which is a little bit harder to get of course. But we have got a lot of good magic for you. Some of the effects that we are going to do today are the metamorphosis with a fork and a knife. I am going to teach you how to make a coin dissolve right through your skin and bone and absolutely disappear. Also we are going to take a string and a straw, cut them and make them come back together in the fairest possible way. I am going to show you how to do telekinesis. I want to make you an expert at moving objects with the power of your mind. And we are going to show you how to bend metal, hardest, thickest metal will bend like butter in your hands. All these things we are going to show you how to do during this series of magic clips. And the whole idea of this magic is basically impromptu with very little preparation; you are going to be able to blow people away with the magic tricks you are going to learn from this series of magic tricks by Astonishing John. This is all close up stuff and things that will make a reputation for you. So sit back and relax. Enjoy these videos that we are going to present to you. I know you are going to learn some fun things and if you practice these a little bit, you are going to completely convince people that you have supernatural powers.
