Jimmy Nguyen: Hi friends, Jimmy Nguyen here Founder of Easy Tennis. Today I want to talk about how we're going to improve our tennis game. In this segment I am going to teach you how to do a proper warm up. You'll notice my two friends back there, I got Tiena (ph)and Walden(ph). I'm going to start with the mini tennis ground stroke. You notice that they're standing at the service line not the baseline because we stand at the service line, you want to make sure you want it nice and easy, don't want to hit too hard. Place the ball, the objective is to place the ball inside of the service box, for the short compact swing. So when you're doing mini tennis rally, you don't need to take this racket all the way back just do a short and compact swing, but make sure you execute that follow through and make sure that you are moving feet as well. What I mean by this, after we hit our shot you want to generally move between three to four steps just like this. After I hit my ground stroke, notice I'm moving my feet three to four times after I hit my shot. It's crucial that when we're doing in a mini tennis rally that we don't hit too hard. Because the objective is to place the ball inside that service box.

Now that's how to warm up. Now I want to teach in the next segment how to do ground strokes, keeping those fundamentals with both the forehand and the backhand.
