Step 1 - Turn Xbox360 On
Step 2 - Under My Xbox Channel, Go to the Right to System Settings
Step 3 - Press A on Memory
Step 4 - Highlight your Xbox360 Hard Drive and Press Y
Step 5 - Press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X
Now Press A on Yes and the Xbox360's Cache will be cleaned Up and Game Title Updates will be removed.

Algarithm Used for this step (U R Ui Li U Ri Ui L) The way I reamembered this step.(Earl, Earl) Spelled Urul Urul Just remember that the first Earl's last two steps are inverted and then with the secound earl either remember the middle two are inverted, or if you're realy good at lodgic you can remember that the first Earl messes it up and then the secound Earl fixes what you messed up. Order of what to do at 80
I have 2 lvl 80s (full epic out) when u first hit 80 start doing Hcs to get better gear. While you are waiting for the hc you should do quests the place place to go is Icecrown. In Icecrown there is a place called the argent champion thing there are many quests to do there, do them every day after 9 days of doing them you will be able to be some gear ( if you havnt already gotten gear from the hcs). When you have gear you should go to Naxx( 10 man raid) then after getting better gear got to naxx
