Ingredients

3 avocados
1 red onion
1 tomato
4 Serranto chiles
1 lemon
Cilantro
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt

Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, take out the seed and spoon out the avocados from their skin. Use a fork and mash the avocados together.


2. Dice an onion and a tomato. Chop up the Serranto chiles and remove the seeds. Cut the cilantro leaves and squeeze the lemon to get lemon juice.


3. Add the diced onions, tomatoes, cilantro and chiles to the gucamole. Mix it all together. Add olive oil and lemon juice and stir. Season with salt.


4. Plate the guacamole, garnish with tomatoes and serve with tortilla chips.
