Hi, my name is Cliff Wharton I'm a chef at TenPenh Restaurant. Next I want to show you how we fry our spring rolls, I showed you how to make them, but now what we would like to do is just take this, I don't have pot with grease or oil in it, but what you want to do is just submerge these in oil for maybe six to eight minutes or till GBD culinary term pretty much golden brown and delicious. This is pretty much what, what you want to see right here. This is the Lumpia we serve four to an order at the restaurant. We do with a different sauce, let me do a traditional sauce for you, it's very simple. This is what we do, this is what we do at home, we pretty much take clove of garlic, we are going to smash it. So, all the flavor as the juices come out, and we use the white distilled vinegar, add that to your garlic, take some crushed black pepper add that, I just want to mix that a little bit, if you are daring enough you can add some chilies and give it some spice, but this is pretty much how we serve Lumpia at home, that should be it.
