Beginning with her training in New York City with celebrity Makeup Artist Trish McEvoy, Aisha’s experience has helped her develop a signature Beauty Philosophy that has made her one of the most sought-after makeup artists in the region, “You don’t need to wear a lot of makeup to look polished. Instead, focus on key ways to bring out the best in your features. Beauty is not about covering up what you think is wrong, it's about celebrating your individual style and feeling great!" In 2005, she teamed up with fellow makeup gurus, Giannina Giraldo and Harmony Williams to found Picture Perfect Makeup, a company offering services in everything from Bridal Beauty to Makeup Lessons in the DC area.

Jinena: Hi, I'm Jinena (Ph) with Picture Perfect Makeup. Here I am in Washington DC at the PRatPartners Salon where we're going to find a foundation for Kelly. First, we're going to swap a couple of different undertones so we can find the right foundation to match Kelly. So, I'm swiping a cool color, and a warm color. As you can see, Kelly has very cool undertones, the foundation that I swapped that has a little more pink tone has disappeared in her skin. The one that has a little more yellow, is definitely not going to match her, because its going to make her look too warm and that's the one that disappeared in her skin. So, with Kellys complexion which is a cooler undertone, she is going to be wearing more cooler shades, more of her plums, more of her roses and more of her pink. If Kelly wanted to go a little more dramatic, she can go on the opposite tone and use more warmer shades on her eyes and her lips.
