Jesse Lechok: My name is Jesse Lechok. We are here at the Tom Savini School of Special Effects Make-Up and today we are going to go over basic wound application. This is my lovely assistant Rudy and I am going to talk about the basic materials that we will be using. I like to get the cheap concealer from, like Rite Aid or even the Dollar Store, I had a lot of the better stuff Ben Nye, a great, great neighboring product and you want to get a variety of flesh tones, I would suggest having more than one kit, more than one group of colors to work with.

Rudy has a bit of a dark complexion so we can start with the tans. He is not very light; he has got a lot of red in there also. So, you need to have a wide variety of colors to choose from. You can see now it works very well for this, which as I said, you can get it for just a few dollars at either Rite Aid or the Dollar Store and if you are not sure it's a good idea to try it out, let's say, the rest of the hand and that is really, really close and that's basically it for color matching.
