Lebanese Recipes - Fatouche Salad

Ingredients

Red Pepper

Onion

Green Pepper

Scallions

Radish

Tomato

Garlic

Lemon Juice

Sumac

Black Pepper

Salt

Pomegranate molasses

Olive oil

Instructions

1. Cut and dice the vegetables and combine them with the mint and parsley in a bowl.


2. To make the dressing, mince the garlic and crush it with a mortar and pestle. Add it to the bowl. Add lemon juice, sumac, black pepper, salt, pomegranate molasses and olive oil. Stir it all together.


3. Plate and serve with pita chips.
