Lebanese Recipes - Omali Dessert

Ingredients

Croissants
Toasted pine nuts
Raisins
Pistachio
Milk
Sugar
Orange blossom water
Whipped Cream

Instructions

1. Tear croissants into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add toasted pine nuts, raisins and pistachios.


2. Put milk in a bowl and add sugar to taste as well as a dash of orange blossom water. Whisk it together.


3. Add the milk to the croissants. Put whipped cream on top and place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 400 degrees.


4. Add more whipped cream and berries and serve.
