Jenny Dalquist: Hi! I'm Jenny Dalquist from Nordic Ware. We're baking holiday Bundt cakes today and we're about to get started with decorating our first holiday Bundt cake. Right here we have a chocolate mint mountain cake. You can see the nice band of chocolate around the bottom of the cake and then in the upper layer we have a peppermint-flavored cake and you have the nice variation or contrast in color. This is a pretty simple cake to decorate. Since we have trees we want to make it look like there's a little bit of snow that's falling on the top of the trees. So I have taken some powdered sugar and I have put it into a strainer. You could also use a flour sifter if you have one of those. And I'm just going to tap this gently like falling snow over the top of the Christmas trees. And you can add as much as little as you like. If you go around a few times it'll look like there's a heavier snowfall and just once it'll look like there's a light dusting. This is a nice way to decorate almost any kind of cake and since Bundts have a lot of design to them on their own, they don't really need to be covered up with a lot of frosting or glaze of any sort. This really highlights all the detail in the cake. Alright lets move on to our next cake now which's going to be the wreath pan.
