Jenny Dalquist: Hi! I'm Jenny Dalquist from Nordic Ware. We've been baking and decorating holiday Bundts and right now we're going to move on to decorating our classic Bundt cake with chocolate drizzle and a vanilla icing. What I have here is some coco powder mixed with some heavy cream and a little bit of water and also some powdered sugar and then I also have some powdered sugar mixed with some milk and so the two of these we're going to put at separate times into a zip-lock bag. This helps to drizzle and have a nice even look to the outside of the cake when you're finished. So we're going to put our chocolate glaze into there. I'm going to hold my hand like that tip it upside down so the tip is pointing up and I'm going to snip off just a very small piece of the bottom of it. So now this is going to start coming out as soon as I dip the bag upside down. So we're going to zigzagging back and forth across the cake like this. You want a nice steady stream coming out. This is just a really simple method for decorating a cake that leaves it really nice to look on a Bundt cake, a little bit more. Now we're going to take a second clean plastic bag and do the same with the vanilla icing that we have. So I'll pour that down into the bag and push it to the tip of the bag to put upside down, snip the tip off and start drizzling. You can also do this if you don't have any plastic bags at home. You can do this right out of the bowl that you have mixed your glaze up in but you might not have quite as steady of a stream of glaze coming out. So now that we've learnt how to drizzle a Bundt cake we're going to move on to our last holiday decorating which is decorating holiday mini loaves and giving them in gift bags.
