Michael Sweeten: Hi! I'm Michael Sweeten, Sporting Goods Product Manager for Lifetime Products. Since 1986, Lifetime has been bringing innovation to the world of home basketball with its line of innovative residential basketball systems. Today, I'm here to help you pick up the right one for your home.
We'll first be discussing locations to identify the best place at your home to put your new basketball system, whether it be in the front of your driveway or if you have a dedicated pad in the backyard.
Also, if space is limited, there are options for above your garage against the wall or an existing pole. Next, we'll be discussing performance. Performance is centered around your backboard. Finally, we'll be looking at adjustment. There are many different adjustment types that allow your system to move in height, anywhere from 7.
5 up to 10 feet.
In addition, we'll be looking at accessories that you can purchase for your home basketball system that will help provide additional safety features as well as performance features, so that you can get the best out of your home game. After you've purchased your home basketball system, you won't need much to get started, but you will need a few tools that are typically found around the home: wrenches, screwdrivers or other standard household tools. As far as safety goes, you will want to make sure you have two or three people there to assemble the system depending on which one you purchase.
For over 20 years, Lifetime has been manufacturing basketball systems and bringing them to your home, so you can play the game the way you want to. Some of the innovations we've brought to the market include the first portable basketball system. We also manufactured the first adjustable basketball system and the first system that fits all in one box, so you don't require a trailer to get it home.
All of these things combine to make Lifetime the world's largest manufacturer of residential basketball systems. That having being said, let's get started and look at our locations.
