Phil Anderson: Hi! I am Chef Phil Anderson, Harris Teeter's Executive Chef. We're going to make some Sloppy Joes today, not your typical New York City Sloppy Joe. This is the one that has ground beef and onion and tomato sauce. So the ingredients are 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 1 pound ground beef, 1 medium sized onion which I have diced here, half a cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of freshly ground pepper, one third cup of water, and potato buns. Okay. Well, our first step is to put your skillet over medium-high heat and we're going to add a little bit of oil. Not a lot, this is vegetable oil. Then we'll take our beef. It's not going to sizzle yet, because it's not been -- well, it will sizzle a little bit. And I want to add the onions right after that too. So we're just going to mix this up a little bit and we're just going to cook this for about three or four minutes. Okay, we've round this beef up, it's been about three or four minutes. This is where I am going to add the rest of the ingredients; the water, Worcestershire sauce, little ketchup, and salt and pepper. We're just going to toss this around, heat it up thoroughly. And you can add more ketchup if you want to have more ketchup and not the water, and it's just simple as that. Sloppy Joes. Steve's Sloppy Joes once a week. Potato bun is the secret to Sloppy Joes. So nicely heat it up. It gets nice and sloppy. It's okay, it's what we call Sloppy Joes. And there you have it, not your New York City Sloppy Joe. Enjoy!
