Charlie Baden: Hi! I am Charlie Baden Celestial Seasonings Senior Blend Master. We've been talking about how drinking tea makes you healthy so we are going to go into a little more detail of the health and wellness benefits of the teas. The wellness benefits of the green white, black, teas have definitely had a lot of critical research showing that they are high in antioxidants, high in polyphenols. The body contains free radicals and that the antioxidant properties of green tea, black tea they are very strong at combating this free radicals. One clear thing drinking tea is good for your health.
Some studies have shown that tea slows aging or is linked to less stomach cancer in women. Alright may even combat depression in the outerly okay lets talk a little bit about herbal teas in this crazy world stress is a major health concern and there are a lot of herbs that are been around for centuries that can help you. Herbal tea is very relaxing it great to have nice cup of sleepy time at the end of the day its soothing to the soul, it helps relax you and helps you to have a good night sleep.
