I am Lisa Wilson, Family Nutrition Counselor here in Northern Virginia. We are talking about how to store your babys food. You can go head and store your babys food in the refrigerator for a couple of days or in the freezer for up to a month. So, when youre storing it -- when you go to eat the meal, when your baby goes to eat the meal just go ahead and pull it out of the refrigerator, out of the freezer, pop in the refrigerator and you are going to go for lunch for the next day. These storage containers are great for the family on the go. The only thing you want to avoid is plastics, even though I have a microwave you never want to heat the babys food in the microwave. I dont even use it for my family. Just stick to glass and stainless and you're good to go.
