I am Lisa Wilson, Certified Health Counselor. We are making baby food. We have done all the prep work and now its time to get to the fun, actually making babys food. So, we are going to start off with water saut. Now, we are going to bring it to boil about a quarter of an inch to a half an inch of water right here in the pan. I'm going to go ahead and add my cauliflower, now this, of course, is organic. I went ahead and I cleaned it last night. So, its nice, cleaned cauliflower, right in there to our boiling water. We are going to let that boil for about 14 minutes. Now, I am really going to get this a little more tender than I would actually eat it myself. I am going to go ahead and leave that alone. I actually made some last night. So, I am going to show you just how easy this is. Really, we can take out our cooked cauliflower that we did with the water saut. Pop it into the food processor. Again, mothers milk is your top choice, if you dont have then its okay; formula even water will do. You know what, this cauliflower smells fantastic. In this food processor you are going to continue doing this till you reach your desired consistency. This is gorgeous. Your baby is going to love this and tip for mom and dad, dont feed your baby anything that you wouldnt eat yourself. Look at that beautiful, creamed cauliflower. Fantastic.
