Isn't making baby's food fun? Next, we are going to switch over to broccoli. We are going to go ahead and steam this broccoli. So, what you want to do is make sure your water is a nice rolling boil. Then you want to go ahead and take your clean broccoli. I went ahead and I cleaned this last night, its ready to go. Your clean organic broccoli, pop it into the pan. Make sure it spread out, and you are going to go ahead and leave that there for a nice steam about nine minutes, just until it's tender to the fork. Now, I have some that I went ahead and I steamed last night, come on over, Ill show you how easy this is. You are just going to take your steamed broccoli, go ahead, put it in your food processor -- I need my blade. Pop it right in there; make sure your hands are clean or you can actually scrape in with a spatula; go ahead, add your mother's milk, or your formula, or your water. Again, the amount depends on the consistency you are going for. Go ahead, turn it on, this is beautiful. I love serving my baby greens, greens are loaded with vitamins and minerals, and trust me, if you are serving this to your baby, you are going to have the healthiest baby in town. Take a look at that, perfect consistency for beginning baby food actually.
