Buster Tyler: Hello! I'm Buster from Master Tanning. Today, I want to talk to you about maintaining your home tanning bed. And now, I want to talk to you about how to change your lamp holder.

The first thing you want to do is unplug your tanning bed, and after that, you want to remove your acrylic. On the front and the back of the bed are two profile strips. You'll snap those strips up. When those strips are snapped up, you'll be able to take your acrylic and slide it directly out towards you.

Now that the bulb is exposed, take that bulb, turn it one-quarter turn, and remove the bulb. You will have to take the top of the tanning bed off. Take a flat head screwdriver about six to eight inches from the side of the bed where the profile strip is on the outside and insert your screwdriver and pop it up gently.

And now, you'll want to go to your timer. There's two screws on your timer. They're Phillip Head Screws. Go ahead and take those screws out and now your timer is loose. There's a plug. Go ahead and unplug that plug and now the timer is separated from the bed. And now take to top of the tanning bed and lift it up gently and the sides will pop out, and just move it towards the back of the bed.

Now, locate the lamp holder that you want to take out, and what you do is you'll take your flat head screwdriver; there's going to be three wires in that lamp hole. Where the two wires are, there's a little insert for your flat blade screwdriver. Just push directly down on that with some pressure, and gently pull on those wires and those wires will just come out.

Now that you got the wires off, go back to the acrylic side or to the bulb side of the bed, and you're going to see down the bottom of the lamp holder, there is two areas which are spring loaded, you just squeeze that. Squeeze it in and push towards the top of the bed, that lamp holder would just push right through. Reach around to the top of the bed and go ahead and pull it on out.

Now, you've just taken your lamp holder out. Take your new lamp holder now and just go ahead and push it and it will snap right in.

Now, inside the lamp holder there is two holes on each side. Just push the wires into those holes. Let's go ahead and put the bulb back in at this time.

So, what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and we're going to snap your bulb back in.

Now, let's go ahead and replace your acrylic. Take your acrylic and set it up on the tracks and slide it directly in from the front to the back, and lock in your profile strips, one in the front and one in the back. Lower your top down and slide the top of the bed back on. You're going to take your timer and plug it in, and take two Phillip Screws, screw in your timer, and snap your two profile strips, one on the front and one on the back. And now you just changed your lamp holder.

Plug your bed back in, turn it on, and it should be ready to use.
