Chris Ries: Hello everyone! My name is Chris Ries. I'm one of the teaching professionals here at Top Golf, located in Alexandria, Virginia.

I'd like to welcome you to this very unique facility for our How-To series on improving your golf swing, more specifically your full swing and your long game. We'll start this video series out with three really, really important golf fundamentals which are grip, stance, and posture. These three fundamentals go overlook weigh too often by even some of your more experienced players.

Then we'll get into how to understand and control the face angle throughout the duration of the swing for more consistent solid golf shots.

Then the meat of the series and really one of the most fun parts about golf how to hit that driver 300 yards right down the middle every single time.

Then we'll get into those fairy woods, hybrids, and long irons. If we can minimize the damage with those clubs we're on a way to much lower golf course.

Then very important aspect of golf that doesn't even really involve the golf swing getting a proper club fit. Just because you purchase the most expensive equipment in the industry doesn't ensure success. If it doesn't fit you must not hit.

Please remember when working on all of these elements of the golf swing to practice in the golf-friendly environment this is usually going to be golf course or a driving range. Also consult your primary physician before beginning any physical activity.

Before we get started let me tell you a few things about myself and my golf game. I've been playing golf for well over 30 years and teaching for 15 of those. In the 15 years of teaching I've given thousands of private golf lessons. I'm also a certified club-fitter and a master putter-fitter with Kirk Currie.

Tell you what, let's get started.
