Hi, I am David Guas, Chef-owner of Damgoodsweet Consulting Group in Washington DC. I was the Executive Pastry Chef of four popular restaurants in the downtown area for nearly a decade. I came from the Windsor Court Hotel where I worked in the pastry department in New Orleans, Louisiana and have 12 years experience in the Professional Pastry Kitchen. Today I am here to talk to you about non-baked cheese cake. All you are going to need for this particular cheese cake is going to be a rubber spatula, a wire whisk, some measuring spoons, measuring cups, an electric mixer and a vehicle to serve your fabulous non-baked cheese cake in. Some safety tips to remember while we are cooking in the kitchen today are going to be our hot oil, sharp knives, anything thats electrical, like our mixing bowl, mixing machine and thats about it. So just be cautious and aware, and especially making sure that you have good shoes that are non-skid, so you dont slip in the kitchen. So lets get started with our cheese cake today.
