Honey Kiwi Raspberry Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 8 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Fresh fruit, for dipping
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor, combine kiwi, raspberries and honey; puree. Stir in yogurt. Serve with sliced fresh fruit (strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, grapes, bananas, etc.)

So today I'm going to share with you one of the National Honey Board's most popular recipes a Honey Kiwi Raspberry Dip that is super simple and will make your family crave nutritious foods. And honey is an all natural ingredient that's perfect for this recipe and here are all the ingredients that you'll need.
So here is how simple this Honey Raspberry Kiwi Fruit Dip is. Simply put in your Kiwi and this is into a blender. One Kiwi, a half cup of Honey and one half cup frozen Raspberries and what you want to do is puree these together.
It doesn't take a long. Then you simply out this mixture in with the Greek nonfat vanilla yogurt, you stir this up. You can see you have all this delicious fruits. Put this in your serving platter. Take your favorite fruit, any sliced fruit, dip it in and enjoy.
