Today, I am going to show you how to prepare a Panzanella. Panzanella is tomato and bread salad. The ingredients that you will need for this recipe are as follows.
You need one large bowl for the loaf of bread, salt and pepper to taste, a loaf of bread that is two-three days old, two red onions or another sweet onion such as vidalia or maui, two cucumbers, six or seven tomatoes, two-three bunches of basil, olive oil and lastly and red wine vinegar.
First, we will begin with cutting the two to three day old bread.
