Tracee Yablon-Brenner: Hi! Im Tracee with Nutrition is Healing. We are making sweet potato black bean burgers, and now Im going to show you how to make the patties. Use a cookie sheet or a sheet pan and some high quality grape seed oil, which I prefer because it high has a very high smoke point.

Now, you are going to take about a quarter cup of the mixture, Im just eyeing it and place them on the sheet pan, and then you are going to cook each side for eight to ten minutes. Put on your timer to see when eight minutes is over and then flip them, they should be nice and brown on each side, and easy to turn.

Youll want to cook the burgers at 350 degrees for eight to ten minutes on each side. They will be easy to flip and slightly brown on each side.
