Were going to take 12 ounces of ground white meat turkey, one tablespoon of Dijon mustard, two tablespoons of tangy Hoisin sauce which is a soybean based sauce that you have probably seen in Chinese restaurants on the menu and probably even tasted it before.

Tracee Yablon-Brenner: Hi I this is Tracee with Nutrition is Healing. Today were going to make a Hoisin Turkey Burger and now I am going to show you how to mix the turkey burger. Were going to take 12 ounces of ground white meat turkey, one tablespoon of Dijon mustard, two tablespoons of tangy Hoisin sauce which is a soybean based sauce that you have probably seen in Chinese restaurants on the menu and probably even tasted it before. Two cloves of mints garlic, one tablespoon of mints ginger, two scallions chopped and one egg white beaten. Now we are going to mix it together and make great turkey burgers. You can go ahead and preheat your grill or use a grill pan. I am using a cast iron pan which will give you some more iron in your diet. Men need to watch their iron intake with a cast iron pan. So if you dont use one that often, its okay.

Today there are so many enameled cast iron pans, which is also a great choice, the enameled grill pans. This is how you mix Hoisin Turkey Burgers.
