Anna Reeves is the founder of Tiny Chefs, Inc, a company which provides interactive cooking parties and classes for children ages 4 to14. Anna was inspired to create Tiny Chefs by combining her experience teaching young children with her passion for cooking and baking. Tiny Chef's cooking classes and birthday parties support Anna's philosophy that children deserve the opportunity to explore food, nutrition, and cooking at their individual pace of learning. Anna grew up as a child baking with her mother and trying out new recipes for friends and family. As an adult she continues to grow her skills through various cooking and baking classes. Anna has obtained a M.S. in Reading and Literacy from Walden University, as well as a B.S. in Elementary Education from College of Saint Rose. She has been teaching elementary school for 8 years, and is currently a kindergarten teacher at Norwood School in Bethesda, Maryland. For the past 4 years Anna has taught enrichment cooking classes to children ages 5 to 9 at Norwood School.

Transcripts
Anna Reeves: We're making Smores, which is a childhood favorite. The first thing we do is we take 4 large Graham crackers and break them in half, we're going to put out four bottoms and we're going to take our chocolate bar and we're going to break that in half, it's perfectly right on the little Graham cracker, and then finally we take Marshmallows and put one and each of them.
This is such a fun and easy desert that kids just love making and love eating even more. We're going to put this baking sheet into the oven for about 3 to 5minutes to meltdown the Marshmallows and the chocolate.
Okay, just brought out these Smores from the oven, and we're just going to take another half of a Graham cracker and place it right on top of the Marshmallow and make our little sandwich. Now these are too hot to take a bite and you will definitely burn your mouth, so just eat very careful, actually wait about a minute or two to take that first bite.
