Ariana Almajan: Let's have some fun and put together a wholesome snack your kids will love. Are you ready?
Female Speaker: Yes.
Ariana Almajan: Okay. Weather is getting warmer and summer is right around the corner. Now one of my favorite things about summer is all the beautiful flowers in gloom, especially sunflowers, they're my favorite. They're so bright and yellow; they're just the perfect symbol of summer. So in this video I'm going to teach you how to make a sunflower snack. You'll need raisins or currant, Kraft Singles, and green peppers. Now after you've-- what do you do the very first thing you do?
Female Speaker: Wash your hands.
Ariana Almajan: Wash your hands when you're preparing food. So after you've washed your hands begin by chopping up a green paper into diced cubes. This is going to be the grass, so you can be generous to make it look the most appealing. Get rid of all of this nonsense in the middle and then just dice up a bunch. And you can start putting the grass in, how about that?
Female Speaker: Uh, hmm.
Ariana Almajan: Okay. Now don't get too carried away making the grass, because you got to save a sliver for the stem of the sunflower. So use a knife and slice to medium to thin sliver like this. All right, let's put the stem on, perfect. Looking good, all right.
Next, moving on to the head of the sunflower, take a cheese slice, cut it length-wise, cut it horizontally, and then cut it diagonally both ways, and you get a bunch of triangles really fast, okay. This is going to become the yellow leaf part of the sunflower. Can you help me make the sunflower? We're going to arrange them in a circle and have them overlap a little bit. So let's put the first one on there. So it will be a little bit pinwheely, kind of like that, perfect.
Female speaker: Do the last one?
Ariana Almajan: You do the last one, there we go, looks good, all right. Now let's take some currants and arrange them in the middle. Get a bunch and stick them in the middle. You know that middle part of the sunflower, you know that looks like? Here you go, perfect! And that completes the sunflower snack. A delicious, wholesome, and beautiful snack your kids will enjoy. Hey, it looks like a sunflower?
Female speaker: Um-huh, looks delicious.
Ariana Almajan: It looks delicious.
