Estela Maldonado: Let's have some fun and put together a wholesome snack your kids will love. Today I'm going to show you how to make a yummy school bus snack. This is a great snack that you can make at home with your kids or prepare in advance to send along with them in their lunchbox.

To get started you're going to need a few items. We're going to need our Kraft Singles, we'll need an apple which we'll be cutting into slices, and today we're using olives, but you could also raisins and even chocolate chips. First we're going to take out our slice of Kraft Singles cheese. You can start about halfway in the cheese, and you're going to go about 3/4 the way down, and then you're going to make a little rounded edge and then go straight across. What do you think, that kind of looks the bus that you take to school?

Okay, next we're going to do the windows. So what I'm going to - let me put this on this side, take your apple, just cut a basic piece, then make a thin piece like that, and we're going to cut out windows. All right, and I'm going to have you put the windows right on. There is one, there is two, three, what do you think, one more?

Male Speaker: Yeah.

Estela Maldonado: Okay, great! Oh my gosh, so cute! Okay, lastly, what do we need on the bus?

Male Speaker: Wheels.

Estela Maldonado: We need wheels on the bus. All right, I'm going to spare everyone from singing, wheels on the bus, but you could actually get into a whole sing along right now, wheels on the bus, okay. Take the olives and just put those on the bottom. Now look at that, how adorable, that looks like the bus that you take.

Male speaker: Yeah.

Estela Maldonado: Don't you think? Apples and cheese are such a tasty combination; they provide calcium with the cheese and fiber with the apples. So get creative and have fun, and most importantly, enjoy!
