Green Clean LLC, founded in 2004 by Loren LaVoy is a professional residential and commercial cleaning company that uses only non-toxic and environmentally friendly products and cleaning methods. Many cleaning companies both large and small focus only on cleaning but not on the long term affect such cleaning has on the environment or on the welfare of humans and pets . Because the health of their clients and partners is important to Green Clean LLC they do not use chlorine products, ammonia or other harsh chemicals. Each cleaning is specifically designed to accommodate the special needs of each client. The company has grown from just Loren to a staff of 14 trained professional cleaning crew members, along with 3 full time office staff. We have also expanded our area of service to include all of the DC metropolitan area, and Baltimore. Plans are currently in the works to expand our services throughout the Northeastern seaboard. Loren LaVoy was raised near Lake Placid, in New York's Adirondack Mountains, and spent his childhood swimming in pristine rivers and breathing clean air. As a professed lover of the outdoors he says that his inborn affinity for nature led him to lean green when starting a professional cleaning company.

Transcripts
Hello! Welcome back. I am Loren Lavoy, founder of the Green Clean Company. We've been discussing green cleaning your bathroom, and our last step is green cleaning the floor. To this point, we've been knocking all the dust down, we've been working from left to right, and we've been from top to bottom, but now we've got to deal with all the dirt that we've knocked at the floor, which is a great place for it. So, the first thing we would do is run a quick vacuum over, just to pick up the loose stuff before we applied any moisture, because as soon as we apply moisture that little bit of dust becomes mud. So, we've already just vacuumed, and we are going to put that final polish on the floor. So again, with my green solution, we are going to spray; let's get this carpet right out of the way here. And most cleaning companies will do the floors and the bathrooms and the kitchen entirely by hand. This makes sure that you are close to it and you can see any spots that you might miss. There's a spot right there. Now, if there are any spots that are not coming out, of course we have our tool box right here, and we have our own handy scraper. Now, this is wet, and it will allow us to take care of that little spot without any problems. Now I have really done 90% of the work using a white scrubby cloth, which makes it very easy. And then I can come in with my reusable wiper, and all I have to do is wipe up the few extra spots. Thank you for joining us for today in green cleaning your bathroom. Our last step was cleaning the floor, and I hope you'll join us again for other videos.

These were nice videos. I like learning about doing cleaning easier, and using less harsh chemicals. I'm also interested in using household items, as opposed to "products". To your first commenter, I'm not sure if they are the same, but I find GREEN scrubby pads at grocery stores, Walmart, dollar stores, and places like that. I detail the interiors of tractor trailer trucks, and they work really well on them, so I would imagine they'd work just fine in your housecleaning, as well. I use
