Charles "Chuck" Morris has been working in the health and wellness industry, primarily in personal training, for more than 15 years. In that time he has obtained more certifications, attended more seminars and taught more instructional classes then we can name. He and his programs have been featured numerous times in some of the top magazines in the country, i.e. American Health and Fitness and Black Men. Chuck has also been seen on local television with his own 30 minute fitness show.
His clients range from professional athletes and entertainers to models and music producers. Though his clientele may include many celebrities, Chuck does not hold his gift hostage to be paid by only the highest bidder. This is because he knows it is all a gift from God. His only requirement is that his clients be committed to achieving a better quality of life and refuse anything short of that for the rest of their lives.

Chuck Morris: With the New Year here everybody wants to start the year off right. What better way to do that than with a fitness resolution. Here are great tips to help you keep that resolution.
First, set reachable goals. You want to push yourself slowly out of your comfort zone but not over the edge. Time is on your side. Set dates you want to accomplish each goal and measure at the end of each week your progress. Use the layer system. Don't make all the changes at once. Take one thing each month and layer it on the top of the prior month. For example, in January get into the gym at least 3 times a week, in February drink 8 glasses of water a day. Make everyday new. If we go off the plan, let the sun set and start fresh the next day.
And finally, always remember you should be progressing your fitness program. You always want to challenge yourself. Good luck!
