Charles "Chuck" Morris has been working in the health and wellness industry, primarily in personal training, for more than 15 years. Chuck Morris: Many women have different biological system and need to focus on different areas to get their body in shape. These are some exercises that focus on women's trouble spot. First step is the pouch killer. This works on lower abs. To do this exercise, you simply lay down on your back with your legs at 90 degrees and lower them to the floor about half way and then return them to the starting position. Next is the turkey neck killer that targets the back of the arm. To tone this area, stand with your feet shoulders width apart and fold down until you are about 90 degrees or in L shape with your arms bend, extend straight back. Then there is the bun raiser to give that the fine backside. Once you have assumed the standard squat position, perform a standard squat while you kick your legs back as high as you can while rising up and finally the back fat fryer. This concentrates on the upper and lower back. To complete this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder width apart with your right foot forward and legs bend.
