Hi, I am Josh Dubois. We ve been talking doing bartending basics. Now, I am going to show you the ultimate hiccup cure. Now, a lot of people when they come into your bar, they ve been drinking for a while and they may have the hiccups and this is very annoying to them and it's pretty annoying to you and it's a really, really good way to either get that tip that you have been deserving all night or to impress a friend at a party. This is the ultimate hiccup cure it usually, usually works within probably five minutes of them actually drinking it. It's really, really simple and really cheap.

So, what you are going to use is just regular club soda. You are going to pour it into a glass with ice and you are going to take bitters, which can be bought at the liquor store and you pour just couple of dashes of bitters. It's not really important, how much you put in, you just want to make sure that you have couple of dashes of bitters and then give it a little stir and give that to your customer or your friend whoever has the hiccups. It tastes really gross and you are probably going to want to plug your nose and chuck down the whole thing. But nine times out of ten it will cure your customers or clients hiccups within five minutes and it makes look like the huge hero and get that big tip that you have deserving all day. So, that s it and I hope that you have enjoyed basic bartending and now, go out and host a really, really great party and impress all your friends.
