Hi, I am Dan from the Tailgating Pros. I am here to show you how to cook chicken wings, lets get the wings start. First thing you want to make sure is that your grill is preheated 350-400 degrees. It will take about 10-15 minutes. I like to just pour them right on there, just pour them on there, separate them, looks nice, doesnt it? That should take about 20-25 minutes to cook these things all the way through. Once you get your wings on, every five minutes or so you just want to give them a quick stir. Just move them around, make sure they are not burning up, just stir them up. I am not saying you have to flip them, just give them a stir. Chicken wings are three quarters of the weight done. Now, if you have a portable stove or something, you want to use that to heat up your sauce, so you can melt your margarine, stir everything together. If you dont, then you got to put them on the wings. So, we are going to make some room, we are going to put this on, no big deal, just put the stuff over to the side, put the pot in there, close it up. Take about two, three minutes, so our wings will be done then, well be ready to go. Its been about 20-25 minutes, they should be done, the sauce has been cooking for about five minutes, the butter has melted, we should be ready to go. Remember, the container that you brought the raw chicken in, cannot be used again. Its cross contamination, somebody is going to get sick, make sure youve got a new container. Alright, lets get these wings off. Alright, we got the chicken off. Remember; dont grab that pot without something in your hand. Its going to be hot. Just give it some quick stir, pour it over the top of the chicken, and give it a stir, Alright, throw them on a serving plate, garnish with some celery, and you are ready to go. So, thats how we make Tailgate Chicken Wings. You are ready to go. Dont forget your blue cheese sauce, enjoy.
