Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces of Jagermeister
1 1/2 ounces of Malibu rum
1 1/2 ounces of pineapple juice

Instructions

Place ice in a mixing cup and add the Jagermeister, rum and pineapple juice. Cap it with the shaker tin, shake and strain into shot glasses.

Hi, I am Josh Dubois and today I am showing you how to make a bunch of different kinds of shots. Right now we are going to show you how to make a Surfer On Acid. This is a really, really popular drink in college bars and you are going to need to know how to make it if you are bartending at any sort of high-volume bar, so it s easy though.

You are going to use Jagermeister, Malibu rum and pineapple juice, and the way I make it is just equal parts of all of them. It s a lot easier to remember it that way and it really tastes just about the same.

So, what you are going to do, take your mixing cup and a put little ice in. Now you don t need as much ice to mix with this one because the Jagermeister you are going to chill. This is going to be the one liquor that you are going to chill along with the rumble mint or a mint flicker; those are the only two liquors that I recommend chilling it all, definitely chill the Jagermeister.

Next, we are going to pour little bit of Jagermeister in there about one and-a-half ounce, a little bit of Malibu rum in there are about one and-a-half ounce, just a little bit less on both of those and about one and-a-half ounces of pineapple juice.

Next, cap it with the shaker tin, shake, and strain, and again you don t have to shake that as hard because the Jagermeister is already really, really cool. Next, strain, and that is how you make a Surfer On Acid. Next we are going to show you how to make a Washington Apple.
