Lynn McKee: Hi, I am Lynn with Lynns Meals in Minutes Personal Chef Service. Today, we have been making flounder asparagus rolls and cheesy spinach mashed potatoes. Both of our dishes have just been taken out of the oven, they were in a 400 oven for 20 minutes. We are now going to put them on a plate and see how nice they look and how good they taste. Thats the flounder asparagus rolls and take the cheesy spinach mashed potatoes and stir them real well and you will see all of the cheese is just all melting into it. Its all cooked, the spinach is all cooked. We are just put it on the plate. You have some moisture from the spinach, so that potatoes have gotten a little looser than they were when they were going in, but theyll still be absolutely delicious. You now have a little bit of prepared cheddar cheese sauce that I just bought at the grocery store. You can make your own, you can use an Alfredo sauce, you can leave it off. You can use the butter. I like the cheese sauce on it. A little bit around it on the plate and then a little bit over it and thats it. There is your easy and very elegant looking stuffed flounder rolls, cheesy spinach mashed potatoes and thank you for being with me today and going through this recipe with me and happy cooking.
