Transcripts
Hi, I am Josh Dubious. Today, we are making Vodka Drinks. Right now, I am going to show you how to make the Bay Breeze and the Sea Breeze. The reason I am combining these drinks is because this really easy way is to remember what goes into this drink if you are a bar tender and the ways, lies in the name.
A Sea Breeze; you can think of a Seagull and G of the gull is for grapefruit juice and I know it is kind of silly, but the same thing with the Bay Breeze. The Bay Breeze; you can think of the Bay of Pigs and the P stands for Pineapple juice. So, that is just a little trick to remember these drinks. Now, I am going to show you how to actually make the drink, the most important part. So, what you are going to do is you are going to want to take, you can take, this is a big rocks glass, you can make it into this or your normal mix drinks glass that you are going to mix the Jack and Coke or a Rum and Coke in. You are just going to want to put ice to the top. Now, ice is a bar tender s very best friend and the reason for that is it allows you to make bigger drinks and more drinks out of your liquor. It will also be your boss s best friend if you use a lot of ice. Now, what you are going to do is you are going to want to put one shot of Vodka in or two ounces or a four pour count. So, you are going to go, one, two, three, four. Next, cranberry juice, cranberry juice goes in both the Bay Breeze and Sea Breeze and you are going to want to pour in right around two ounces of cranberry juice as well. So, you are going to take your shot glass and mix that in, two ounces of cranberry juice and the rest is going to be filled up with either pineapple juice or grapefruit juice. You start both of these drinks the exact same way. Today, we are just going to be making a Sea Breeze with a grapefruit juice. Remember, seagull, so you are just going to top it off with the grapefruit juice. You would do the same thing if you are willing to make a Bay Breeze with the pineapple juice and then you are going to put your straw on it and serve your drink. That s how you make both a Sea Breeze and a Bay Breeze. Next, we are going to be making a Sex on the Beach.
