Transcripts
Hi, my name is Josh Dubois. Today, we are making vodka drinks. Right now, I am going to show you how to make a Mind Eraser. Now, this drink is exactly that, it is a mind eraser. So, you got to be very careful drinking. It is not for the timid. You are going to want to fill up a rocks glass with ice, leave a little bit of room there and next, you are going to be using vodka, Kahlua and club soda. Now, you can layer this drink if you want both with ice, it makes it kind of hard, it breaks up the liquor and so it doesn t get layered as nice as you can do it, but what you want to do is you want to first put two ounces of vodka, a four count, two ounces of Kahlua, a four count and two ounces club soda.
Now, if you want to, if you are working in a bar you can pretty much fill up the rest of the glass with club soda. It is going to water it down a little bit, it is not going to be as potent, but if you want to make it the exact way that you are supposed to make it which is equal parts vodka, Kahlua and club soda, you want to measure it out. That s what I am going to do right now. So, I am just going to measure that out right there, pour that in and now this is how it really should look. It's kind of layered the Kahlua sinks at the bottom and you are going to serve with several straws. The idea is a bunch of people order these and you drink them straight in one drink with all the straws and drink the whole thing down and that s why it's called the Mind Eraser.
Next, we are going to be making a Long Island Iced Tea.

A four count can equal 2 ounces depending on how you count. I always taught a 2 count is 1 ounce where I worked.

A four count is not 2 ounces, its 1 ounce. This guy is not a professional bartender so please don't listen to any of his advice, because it is for the most part, wrong. Just check out a video on pour counting and look up your own recipes or even better, make them up yourselves....
