Josh Dubois: Hi! I am Josh Dubois. Today, we are making vodka drink, and right now I am going to make a Glacier Mint drink. Now, for this drink, the first thing you are going to want to do is chill your glass, it is served kind of like Martini. So, you put your ice in your glass, chill while you are making the drink. Next, you are going to fill up your shaker glass with ice. The amount of the ice that you put in this drink isnt really that important because youre actually straining it out, so its not really that big of a deal. You are going to be using two ounces of vodka for this drink, so you want to count the four or use your shot rods to measure it out. One, two, three, four and then you are going to be using a one ounce of Creme de Menthe, one two. Next, now you could have used, three quarters of the vodka could have been regular vodka and one quarter of it could have been a citrus vodka or if you just have a regular vodka, you can cheat and you can put in just a little bit of lemon juice, thats what we are going to do today, just a small spray of lemon juice, not that much. You are going to take your shaker tin, tap it on top, flip it over, shake away. This drink, you shake it really hard because its not going to be chilled when you actually serve it.

So, dump your ice out, and strain your Martini into the glass and then serve. I dont know, if you can see it or not but there are little, little crystals of the ice that have broken apart on the top there, and thats when you have been shaking it right, because you broken up the ice and allowed to have those crystals on top. Thats when you know you got a good drink, and thats how you make a Glacier Mint. Next, we are going to be showing you how to make a Crantini.
