Josh Dubois: Hi! I am Josh Dubois. Today, we are making vodka drinks, and right now I am going to show you how to make a Melon Ball.

Now, a Melon Ball is going to be served in the glass that you mix in. So, you are going to fill it up with ice. You are going to add one-and-a-half ounces of vodka, one, two, three. One-and-a-half ounces is easily accomplished with a three count. You are going to add one-and-a-half ounces of melon, one, two, three and you are going to top off your glass, your high ball or large serving glass, you are going to top it off with orange juice. Then you are going to take that, tap it off with the shaker tin, flip it over and give it a little shake. You dont have to go crazy on these drinks, because the ice stays in the drink. So, unlike a martini, it still has a cooling agent inside of it. You are going to put a straw in, and you can garnish this if you wish with an orange, but its not really that important. That is how you make a Melon Ball.

Next, we are going to be making a Kamikaze.
