How To Find A Good Fishing Spot
Debbie Hanson of B'ASS Fisher Women explains how to find a good fishing spot.
Debbie Hanson: Hi, I am Debbie Hanson, professional angler and outdoor blogger. And today I am going to give you a few suggestions for finding a good saltwater inshore fishing spot.
Number one is docks, piers and pilings. Fishing around docks, piers and pilings are always good areas to start with, because these areas typically harbor a large numbers of fish. The one thing you do want to remember is to bring extra leader line and extra hook, because it's easy to get hung up on some of these areas.
Number two would be bridges; bridges offer lots of shady areas where fish like to hide out. They also offer pilings.
Number three would be creek mouths. Creek mouths are a great place to target for game fish, because of the fact that there is lots of crabs, minnows, and other types of bait fish that hang out in these areas.
By keeping these spots in mind, you'll get more action and you'll land more fish.
