Hi, My name is David Guas, with Damngoodsweet Consulting Group here in the Washington D.
C. area. I was the Executive Pastry Chef for four very popular restaurants here in the Washington D.
C. I am originally from New Orleans Louisiana, where I worked at the Windsor Court Hotel prior to coming here to Washington. Today, we are talking to you about spooky and fun Halloween cupcakes. There are a few things you are going to need to get started. Some measuring cups, some measuring spoons, an all set spatula, or a spreadable butter knife, a whisk, a rubber spatula, a sifter, and of course some cupcake tins. We need to remember safety in the kitchen. Hot oil, hot sugar, hot stoves, and hot ovens, are things to always be careful of, along with sharp knives. You also have to be careful of any kind of spillage on the floor that you dont slip, water, or anything you may drop when preparing your food. Lets go ahead and get started wit our spooky cupcakes.
