The boutique is where you can purchase her gourmet treats, pet merchandise and inquire about their pet sitting services. Melinda has a nursing background which she has utilized her nutrition knowledge and has introduced new treats for dogs with special needs. These treats include sugar-free treats for dogs with diabetes and low fat treats for those dogs trying to watch their figures. All of our treats are white flour free and salt is never added.

Hi, I am Melinda Cerritos with Four Paws Pantry. Today, I am showing you how to make Parmesan Bread Sticks. Right now, I am going to show you how to take your Bread Sticks that have been rolled in the parmesan cheese. Transfer them to a non-stick cookie sheet, just dusting off some of the parmesan cheese. You dont need too much. You can put these in a preheated 325 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Now, all ovens vary with their temperatures, so, please make sure you keep a close eye on them, because the bottoms will tend to burn. Probably halfway through the cooking time, about 15 or 20 minutes into cooking, you may want to go and just flip them over. That way the top and the bottom, can brown evenly.

Now, once you have done that, you want to take them out of the oven after 30 minutes of baking, and put them on top of the stove to cool. You can transfer them to a cooling rack but if you dont have a cooling rack, you can always leave them on the same cookie sheet that you bake them in, just making sure to keep them away from any heat thats on top of the stove or if you still have the oven on.

These are the finished product; these are the Parmesan Bread Sticks. This is what they should look like. I am sure no one rolls the same, so, they are not going to come out, not two are going to come out looking the same, but thats fine. I like to store them in freezer bags. These will store in the freezer up to three months without any problems. Once they have cooled completely, I want them stay about, an hour out of the stove, let them cool, and then you can transfer them to a freezer bag. You can keep out if you think that your dog may eat one a day, a half-one a day, whatever you think that your dog may eat. Keep out just about three or four days worth for him at that time. You can put it in zip lock bag, and put it out on the counter, itll stay fine for up to three or four days. If you do see that mold starting, please throw them away, but in the freezer bag, just make sure you put all of them in the freezer bag. The ones that you are not leaving out, I should stay. Make sure when you do so, that you take out all of the air out of the bag before zipping the bag up. You can do so, by just rolling the bag like so, making sure that all of the air is out of it, because you dont want to ruin all of your hard work. So, thats how you bake your parmesan cheese, and you store your Parmesan Bread Sticks.
