Hello, I am Anne Wilterdink Morgan with Color and Image Insight, and I am showing you how to choose the best eyeglasses. Right now, I am showing you how to put it all together and choose your best eyeglasses at the optometrists office. So, what you want to do first is to consider all the things we just went through; coloring, face shape, facial lines, features, personal style considerations, and so forth, and put together your list of criteria. So, for Terry, the most important things are going to be, first of all, warm coloring, to go along with her warm autumn coloring, picking up if possible the golds and browns and greens of her eyes and hair. We are going to want to choose a contoured glass, just to go with her contoured shape. So, that means curved lines not angled. We want to choose something thats going to narrow as opposed to widen her face shape, since she has a shorter, wider face shape. So, with that list of her requirements in mind, you systematically scan the counter and pull out anything that you think will fit the requirement. If youre doing it on your own, by all means try them on as youre doing it, and then you can narrow the selection a little bit more before you actually sit down to compare. So, a lot of warm frames. This is a possibility, even though it has a little bit of detailing there, we will see how that works. One more pair. So, what you do now that you have your selection of the glasses that meet your criteria from the shelves is you try them on one by one, and see. That works, dont you think? Lets compare it to this one. That one is not quite so good, you see how this draws the eye out, so that was a mistake to pick those out. We will put those aside, and try another. Not bad, better than these? Actually, I think there is a little bit more of a sense of uplift with these, so I like those better of the two. We get into the fun ones. I love that. I love the way the gold picks up the highlights in her hair and the warm tones in her eyes. This is a little bit more edgy and fun as the glasses go. Then this one does a wonderful job to pick up the greener tones to her eye, I really like that one a lot too. So, boy, its a tough choice between these three. I think that if you want a more softer, more versatile, more conservative look, that this pair is the choice for you. If you want something thats a little bit more playful and has a little bit more personality, I would go with one of these. So, thats how to choose your eyeglasses at the opticians office. Thank you for watching.
