I am Nahid Ghassemi, Director and founder of Avi Career Training. We are located in Great Falls, Virginia and offering our services since 1985. We provide education in Cosmetology, Electrolysis, Massage therapy, Esthetics, Waxing, Permanent Makeup, and Laser Hair Removing. Lavern, one of our graduates, is here to show you how to do a facial from the comfort of your home. Thank you very much for paying attention. Before you begin check to see that you have all the products needed: cleanser, exfoliation, mask, toner, eye makeup remover, moisturizer and sunscreen. Cleanliness comes first; therefore, begin by washing or sanitizing your hands. Then, you want to secure the hair back using a headband or simply tie the hair in a ponytail. A facial treatment has six significant stages: cleansing the skin, exfoliating, applying a mask, toning, moisturizing, and an application of sunscreen as a final step. Let’s begin by cleansing the skin. Take about a dime size of your cleanser (unless otherwise recommended by your product instructions); dip your hands into a water bowl; and rub the product onto the face using circular motions. Make sure you massage the product (as I am demonstrating) to cover all areas from chin to nose- cheeks and forehead. I will now remove the cleanser application.
