Hello, we are Avi Career Training -- a Beauty, Cosmetology, Esthetics and Massage Therapy School in Great Falls, Virginia. We are happy to demonstrate how to do a facial treatment. I am going to remove the cleanser. At home, you may wash it off with warm water or you may also use facial sponges. The sponges are actually a little bit more helpful, because it creates exfoliating action, which will help to easily remove it. You must also remember that these sponges can harbor bacteria so if you are not cleansing and sterilizing them- it may become harmful to your skin rather than good. You will then rinse out the excess water and remove the cleanser (do not leave any of the cleanser on the skin since it dries out the skin). Rinse that off again, making sure you get the entire cleanser off with the sponges and once again go over the areas. This was the cleansing part and now we are going to move on to the exfoliation part.
