Lavern Onike: Hi, this Lavern with Ana Visage and today we are conducting a facial and now we are doing the exfoliating. Now, with the exfoliating you can actually select something that is either an enzyme, which is better to use because it only dissolves the dead skin layers of the skin or you can use more something of an alpha hydroxy, but usually you have to leave that to the skin care therapist. So we are going to use we are using a food enzyme peal. We are going to put a bit into our finger tip. With our product we are using a dime size of amount, but again read the instructions on your product direction because it may suggest a different amount, but again we are using just about a dime size. We are going to apply - I am going to show both, how to apply with your finger tips and using a brush. And you can cover the neck area or if it just something quick, you can just do the face. And now I will show application using the brush. Take a brush and dab it into your product and just apply to the skin, making sure you cover all areas, including your cheeks, forehead, and after you have done applying, with our product we are actually going to be massaging it in. Again you are going to read your manufacturer s directions because they could suggest either having the product sit on your skin for maybe five to ten minutes or again massaging it. So now we are going to message in the product. Using circular motions, you simply message it in and you can wet your finger tips often if it gets too tacky to work with, as often as you need to and just work that into the skin so it helps to slough off the dead cells. Now in the spa, we use the different specific massage, but that would be too difficult to show, so. I am just going to use something is simple for, at home. Making sure you get all areas, also work in the neck. Okay, now we are going to be removing the product. With sponges we are going to dab out the excess of water and again just as you are doing with cleanser you are going to remove the product working upwards on the neck, the chin, the cheeks, the nose, forehead, and go round and again dab it into the water wash out the excess and working from bottom up, remove your product making sure to get everything off of the skin.

Okay, now we have exfoliated the skin and we are going to be prepping the skin for masking.
