Hi, this is Lavern with Ana Visage and I am going to begin the upper lip waxing. First thing I am going to do is sanitize my hands or actually my gloves. Again to prep the area, we use a cotton ball in toner or astringent, spray the cotton ball and gently wipe the area that you are going to be waxing. We are going to use powder, which also helps to lift the oils from the area, a little bit in your hand and pat gently, again on the area that you are going to be waxing and with these sticks that comes with your waxing kit, you are going to dip it into the wax and remove the excess by sliding on the sides of the pot. Apply the wax in the direction of the hair growth and to remove we use a strip and put it over the wax, with your fingers gently pressed, again in the direction of the hair growth. Lift up the end and gently pull, actually you can put your fingers over it to avoid any pain and with a cotton ball apply some baby oil and wipe the area which helps to move any residual wax. Apply aloe vera to the cotton ball, to the skin, to soothe the area that was been waxed. And viola! We are done.

your staff need retraining I would hate to think people at home are following your instructions.I am surprised you think this is acceptable in our industry.
